  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts for our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing a high-performing recruitment team, and ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet business needs. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and scale the recruitment function to support the rapid growth of BPO operations.
  • Design and implement effective end-to-end recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with operations, training, and HR teams to forecast hiring needs and set priorities.
  • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for roles such as customer service representatives, technical support agents, team leads, and support roles.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and coordinators, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Partner with external vendors, job portals, and social media platforms to drive sourcing efforts.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

Requisito

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 4-5 years of solid experience as a Recruitment Manager in a BPO setting
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ready to hit the ground running — can start ASAP!
