Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pasig for a Recruitment Manager at Elite Headhunting Inc. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role involves working with clients to understand their hiring needs, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. While the role is office-based in Pasig, some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with recruitment software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
