JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Conducts interview and ensures that only the relevant information is gathered.
  • Endorses candidates to requisitioning department for final screening / approval.
  • Conducts background check of candidates to be hired for probationary status. Ensures that background check results are available and the same were reviewed by the HR Manager prior to boarding of candidates.
  • Occasionally does field work (Job Fair)
  • Submits weekly accomplishment report / weekly recruitment update.
  • Provides assistance to the department head in all HR related undertaking.
  • Ensures that the boarding kit is complete and well-coordinated with the hiring department.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science or Management.
  • with at least 6 mos. to 1 year experience prior working experience in the HR field.
  • Experience in end-to-end talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Good analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong administrative, time management, and project expertise.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
