• Attends to all guests’ needs (ex. Refills, ashtrays, etc.) particularly in their section assigned.
• Ensures that food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct.
• Ensures that food and beverages ordered by guests are delivered on time within the company’s standard.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and completeness of table setup following the company’s standards.
• Ensure that guests in their section are assigned to settle their bills.
• Keeps himself/ herself updated and informed on new developments and directions communicated by management.
• Provide feedback to the management of any guest’s comments, queries, and suggestions.
• Contribute ideas, systems, and procedures for the service area.
• Adheres to the company’s Code of Conduct.
• Gives equal respect to his/her superiors and fellow employees.
• Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his/her superior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5'5 height
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
