JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder/ Open for undergraduate
• At least 1 year of work experience in sales
• Experience working in the same industry is an advantage
• Willing to report in Binondo, Manila
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hold weekly meetings to report on sales performance
• Support and negotiate with clients during property transactions
• Advertise and promote real estate listings to attract potential buyers
• Establish competitive pricing strategies for properties
• Draft contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and other necessary document
