• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology
• Licensed and Registered Radiologic Technologist (PRC)
• Strong communication skills; able to interact professionally and compassionately with patients and staff
• Ultrasound experience is a plus
• Leadership or managerial experience preferred, with strong decision-making skills
• Efficient, able to multitask, and handle a heavy workload
• Demonstrates initiative, integrity, and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and leading a team to meet goals
• Organized, approachable, and focused on maintaining a positive work environment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily imaging operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Supervise and support the radiology team, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure compassionate, professional service.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment; report issues promptly.
• Review and verify imaging results for accuracy and completeness.
• Implement protocols, improve workflow efficiency, and support organizational goals.
• Uphold documentation, records, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a positive, organized, and collaborative work environment.
