The Quantity Surveyor for ELV/Auxiliary System is responsible for ocular, design, layout and estimation of CCTV, ACS, PABGM, FDAS, Structured Cabling System, and/or other security and surveillance projects assigned to him. He is also responsible for identifying number of manpower needed for the project, the type and number of materials to be used on the project and provide quality service to our clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Graduate of Vocational or Bachelor's degree related to ELECTRICAL or ELECTRONICS
• Minimum 1 year similar work experience
• Similar work experience and TESDA certificate related to building wiring and AutoCAD is an advantage
• Familiar in estimation of Auxiliary Systems
• Technically proficient in cost estimate of projects
• With Knowledge in design/lay-out plotting of various equipment
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and sketchup
• Must have a very good communication skill and the ability to convey message clearly
• No visible body tattoo
• Willing to do site inspection/ocular visits even in out-of-town areas
