Descripción
- Attending ocular site inspection to determine the condition of the property and existing neighbors.
- Reviewing/Checking of plans and specifications of handled project
- Performing Structural quantity take off (Rebar, Concrete, Formworks, etc.)
- Conduct canvassing of various construction materials needed for costing.
- Transmit addenda and other additional information to subcontractors
- Communicates to President, Managers, EVP’s, PIC and Supervisors.
- Maintaining files and records of handled project for future use.
- Attending pre bid, reconciliation and negotiation meetings.
- Prepares and provided documents needed during bidding process such as Bar Chart, Construction and Methodology, Safety Measures and other requirement with regards to the project.
- Correspond with clients, subcontractors and respond to their inquiries
- Provide supporting documentation for costing.
- Responsible for other duties and assignments which regards to the handled project.
- Handle information requests.
- Coordinates office management activities.
- Other tasks as may be assigned
Requisito
- B.S. Civil Engineering/ B.S.in Architecture
- With or without License
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a quantity surveyor
- Knowledge of Autocad, Revit,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
- Can work under pressure and minimum supervision.
- Willing to work onsite
