Responsible for consolidation and conduct follow up for the items identified needed by Head Office to OPS and vice versa.
- Safekeeping of documents
- Organizes and filters documents to be filed and sorts by the date and type
- Making folders/structure as per identified Filling
- Ensures records/documents are readily available and suitable and with tags and monitoring
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:
- At least 2yrs. Undergraduate/2 yrs. Course
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- At least 6 months of experience
