We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineers who will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and compliance with industry regulations. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure that existing quality systems, standards and rules are implemented in all production lines, periodically reviewed and evaluated to check effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive problem solving and root cause analysis activities to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review changes to specifications, processes and systems to ensure appropriate change control and evaluation
• Ensure that Incoming Quality Control and Outgoing Inspection procedures are meticulously performed in adherence to product quality inspection standards
• Ensure that an effective document management system is in place to guarantee traceability and easy retrieval of quality records

Job Qualifications:

• With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or with relevant experience on Quality Assurance and Control
• Minimum of 2 years experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Also accepts Fresh Graduates
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office, and strong documentation abilities
