Position: Quality Assurance Assistant Manager

• Work Schedule: Full-time (Dayshift)

• Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 70,000 gross

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, QA methodologies, and process improvement
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Proficient in conducting process validations, capability studies, and problem-solving

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize new product manufacturing processes
• Lead and implement process improvement strategies
• Conduct process validations and PFMEA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company QA policies
