Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in software testing.

• Exposure to test automation concepts or tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).

• Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases and test scripts according to established test plans.

• Identify, document, and track software defects with clear and concise descriptions using tools like Jira.

• Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of test cases and other QA documentation.

• Collaborate with developers to help them understand and reproduce reported defects.

• Participate in team meetings to understand project requirements and provide feedback on testability.

• Learn and assist with the execution of automated test scripts under the guidance of senior engineers.
