Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective testing processes

Develop, implement, maintain comprehensive QA/QC Strategies and methodologies

Create detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts based on project requirements

Conduct thorough and functional, regression, performance and load testing to identify defects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and project goals

Monitor industry trends and tools to enhance our QA/QC process continuously

Prepare detailed reports on testing activities, results, metrics for stakeholders

Participate in project planning meetings to provide insights into potential risks related to quality

Perform other related work as required

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

minimum 3 years experience in software QA Testing

2 years leadership role

with AWS or Swift Certification
