Responsibilities

• Drive plant wide zero defect culture to achieve zero defect.
• Monitor and manage quality system operations, ensuring quality system procedures/ file as per IATF16949 standard on time,
• Schedule/ implement quality assurance system/ process/ products internal audit, external audit and management reviews. Prepare audit reports and ensure the corrective action is carried out effectively.
• Responsible for resolving customer complaint, cost measuring and reporting
• Organize annual vendor audit, submit audit report for management review
• Solve problem of material/supplier products in all process.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (chemical engineering) or equivalent.
• Familiar with ISO9001, OHSA 18001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 and other related quality system, having relevant certificates.
• At least 10 years quality experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication skills & strong problem solving skill,
• Required to travel occasionally.
