• Monitor all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product delivery, to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Directs and monitors activities of Quality Control Staff to ensure that all functions support company objectives to deliver quality products
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for packaging and labeling.
• Ensures that all employees comply with the implemented standard performance.
• Set KPIs for the QA team to measure and enhance performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Science.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• With experience in KPI
• Knowledge of quality control processes and tools.
•  Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
