- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Python
- Maintain high coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to the technical direction and success of projects, guiding and mentoring the team
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for code, design, and implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working collaboratively with stakeholders
- Architect scalable and resilient solutions utilizing AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of backend development experience using Python
- Proven ability to build scalable backend systems
- Strong in architecture, design patterns, and CI/CD
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Agile development, and familiarity with low-latency coding is preferred
- Have cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) are a plus.
- Willing to relocate and work onsite in Bahrain.
