We are searching for a well-organized, energetic purchasing staff to help the purchaser carry out day-to-day tasks.

The purchasing staff's responsibilities include researching market trends, maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, inspecting inventory, updating relevant spreadsheets and documents, and researching the prices of products.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Monitors stock levels and identify purchasing needs

- Researches potential vendors

- Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery

- Updates internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)

- Conducts market research to identify pricing trends

- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition

- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Degree in marketing, accounting, or related business courses.
• Accepting College Level but with an experience with the job.
• Previous retail experience is recommended but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
