- Responsible for sourcing, procuring, and coordinating the delivery of goods and services needed by the organization.
- Researching potential vendors
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Oversee the ordering of materials, supplies, and equipment from vendors
- Sourcing materials, goods, products and services and negotiating the best deals.
- Experience in being a Purchasing specialist is required.
