- Increase Suppliers of Raw Materials to 3–5 per product to maintain pricing leverage and supply security. (Continuously updating tracker for accurate record keeping).
- Create price comparison sheet per product to compare offers from suppliers.
- Keep record of purchases from all suppliers (Record, keep & create request for payment):
- Order
- Delivery/Delay time
- Payment (Coordinate with Accounting Payables)
- Negotiate terms with all applicable suppliers (Always or whenever applicable).
- Ensure the quality of all purchases through physical inspection, guided by a standardized criteria sheet, which must include checks for the following:
- Weight conformity
- Visible deformations or defects
- Expiration date (flag items nearing expiry)
- Presence of foul or off-odors
- Overall freshness and appearance
- Proper segregation of meat types (no mixed meats)
- Absence of spoiled or damaged vegetables
- Temperature compliance for frozen goods (Critical Control Point: -18°C or below)
- Update the “Commissary Procurement Supplier Master Sheet.”
- Assist in inventory auditing & monitoring.

- NMIS cert
- HALAL Certificate
- Build a strong relationship with suppliers.
