Description
- Maintain and organize all project documents and records.
- Ensure accuracy and accessibility of documentation.
- Implement document control procedures and systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to facilitate effective communication.
- Assist in compliance and material audits and quality assurance activities.
- Provide training on document management processes.
- Manage document flow, ensure accuracy and completeness, and maintain electronic filing systems.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in document control or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong time management, scheduling, and data entry skills. Excellent written communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may involve deadline pressure.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, trustworthy, and able to exercise discretion with sensitive information.
