• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients throughout their purchasing journey and ensuring smooth, accurate in-store transactions.
• Uphold store standards by maintaining cleanliness and organizing merchandise displays to be visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar customer-facing role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva is a plus
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required.
