Supervise daily on-site CME activities, including tower erection, foundation works, electrical installations, and related civil works.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Monitor manpower, tools, equipment, and materials for efficient utilization.
Implement and enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards at the site.
Review and interpret construction drawings, project plans, and technical specifications.
Ensure timely completion of work in line with project schedules.
Provide troubleshooting support and immediate solutions to on-site technical challenges.
Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and client standards.
Serve as the primary liaison between site workers, subcontractors, and the project management team.

Diploma or equivalent technical experience.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in civil works construction or telco network infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, electrical systems, and structural works.
Familiarity with HSE standards and practices.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel and work on-site across multiple project locations.
Ability to drive a motorbike is an advantage.
