SCOPE OF POSITION

1) In House Design, plan, and oversee construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects within facilities.

2) Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine project feasibility and requirements.

3) Develop cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for construction projects.

4) Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

5) Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project activities.

6) Perform inspections and quality control to ensure projects meet design specifications and standards.

7) Troubleshoot design and construction issues as they arise during projects.

8) Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

9) Provide technical expertise and support to facility management teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain the Plans and designs of the Engineering Department in Luzon

2. Regularly Visit the Facilities of the Company and make recommendations for upkeep, repair and improvements

3. Develop cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for construction projects.

4. Provide technical expertise in ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

5. Give insight on collaborations with architects, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project activities.

6. Perform inspections, punch listing, certifications, and quality control to ensure projects meet design specifications and standards.

7. Troubleshoot design and construction issues as they arise during projects.

8. Provide technical expertise and opinion to other departments with regards to engineering related items, and support to facility management teams.
