Salary: Starting at PHP 20,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

• We are hiring Construction Specialists to support the construction and renovation of Lawson Convenience Stores. The ideal candidate has a background in civil engineering and is experienced in managing construction activities, especially in retail interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction and improvement projects for Lawson branches
• Review drawings, architectural, and engineering plans for project implementation
• Provide on-site technical solutions aligned with approved requests (e.g., color schemes, material choices, shop drawings, RFI/RFA)
• Prepare project cost estimates, schedules, and documentation
• Handle permit application requirements
• Conduct regular field monitoring and coordination with contractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with plans, standards, and timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related course
• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer
• Experience in retail fit-out or interior construction works is required
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
• Willing to do field work and site visits as part of the job
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills
