Descripción

The Project Site Engineer is a vital role in the construction industry, responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of construction projects. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring that architectural and design specifications are carried out accurately and efficiently. The Project Site Engineer typically works within a dynamic construction environment, coordinating between various stakeholders including architects, contractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards. By effectively managing resources and addressing site challenges, the Project Site Engineer directly impacts the successful completion of projects, contributing to safety, structural integrity, and aesthetic design.

Requisito

Must be a degree holder of Civil Engineering or equivalent
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and legal documentation.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Lead project planning and coordination efforts, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and related parties to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of project milestones
Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, cost estimates, and progress updates.
Supervise and validate payment processing for materials and completed works to ensure timely settlement of obligations to suppliers and subcontractors.
Liaise with clients and management to report project status and address concerns.
Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to address delays or issues.
Prepare and present reports, including project updates, financials, and risk assessments to the management and clients.
Ensure successful project turnover and lead post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Knowledge in ODOO Management Software is an advantage
