Hire, supervise, and manage workers and tradespeople assigned to the project
Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure alignment with plans and timelines
Create and monitor the project schedule, manpower assignments, and daily task planning
Interpret plans and specifications; identify and resolve technical issues on-site
Review drawings for compliance with engineering standards and good practices
Submit method statements and a detailed master program for construction sequencing
Evaluate and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
Liaise with third-party contractors and ensure their work adheres to project contracts
Coordinate and submit shop drawings and supporting documentation using AutoCAD
Monitor materials testing, and inspect structural and architectural works at each stage
Ensure quality control of all construction activities and materials used
Implement a quality assurance plan, particularly for REBAR and other structural works
Submit site reports listing progress, site issues, variations, and extra work
Prepare and maintain documentation using Microsoft Excel and Google Drive or other cloud tools

Professional License (Passed Board/ Bar/ Professional License Exam) Architecture or Civil Engineer.
At least 3 years work experience in construction (residential/commercial) and site projects.
Has strong leadership, good analytical skills, and able to work with different people.
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure at project sites.
Knowledgeable in MS Project, Autocad, Bar Charts, S-Curve, Cashflow, Sketchup and other Engineering Software.
Hardworking and has a strong willingness and passion to learn.
Willing to work on Saturdays.
Applicant must be willing to work around Metro Manila.
