Responsible for the daily operation and management of the assigned area for all OSP maintenance scope of work including Preventive Maintenance (PM), Immediate Repair (IR), Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Disaster Recover (DR). Responsible for maintenance work implementation progress/ cost/ quality/ resource management and risk prevention and control. Responsible for resource coordination. Lead the operation areas to achieve the customer’s target within SLA and KPI timeline. Responsible for the regional operation performance monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and reporting. Responsible for technical skill improvement, resource optimizing, cost control, efficiency enhancing and customer satisfaction. Responsible for the quality and safety assurance. Responsible for the coordination to Customer Area PLDT NFS Head. Tools management area Responsibility. Act as Area head with Regards to Materials Usage and Materials overall Inventories. Attend LGU /DPWH/ and Others Government Agencies Cable, Pole, Manhole Concern (Relocation, Hindrances, and Obstruction). L1 Contact Person related to FOC Restoration activities. (Updates PLDT NOC/ NFS Team on Timely Basis as per SLA).

• At least College Graduate / B.S. Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
• With 3 or more years maintenance work experience in telecommunications networks.
• With team management experience and Project Management Training/ Certification.
• Knowledge in various telecommunications systems including fiber optics, architecture and engineering design.
• With FTTBTS and FTTB experience “Network Fiber optic Cable (PRIMARY) Outside plant
