• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Check production, output according to specifications
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new employees on how to work safely, use machinery, and follow procedures.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Inudstrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production operations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, build relationships, and get results through others.
• With strong communication and interpersonal skills, one to effectively convey instructions, coordinate with other departments, and provide management reports.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and tools, as well as computer applications such as MS Office Word, Excel, etc.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality assurance to ensure products meet high standards.
