• Lead production teams to ensure daily targets are met
• Coordinate with various departments for timely preparation of parts
• Monitor change over line setup and improve efficiency
• Handle people and parts management with attention to detail

Requirements

• At least College Level/Graduate
• With at least 1 year of work experience as a Sub-Leader in a Japanese Manufacturing Company
• Must know how to handle more than 20 operators
• Ability to manage people within the assembly line
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexible and willing to assign in other task within the production group
• Able to create report in MS Excel and PowerPoint
