- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage production team, providing guidance and support.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
- Analyze production metrics and report on performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
- Train new employees on equipment and safety standards.
- Bachelor's Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering and the like.
- Has at least 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment and is familiar with operating machines.
- Has good leadership skills and other skills deemed necessary for the role.
