The Operations/Production Associate will support the day-to-day production and operational activities of the company. This role is responsible for assisting in production processes, ensuring quality standards, maintaining records, and coordinating with different teams to achieve smooth operations and timely output.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily production operations, including preparation, processing, and monitoring of production activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOLE regulations.
• Monitor and record production output, materials usage, and operational data for reporting.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Sales team to support workforce scheduling
• Report any production issues, delays, or irregularities to the supervisor/manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace.
• Support implementation of company memorandums and operational guidelines.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in operations, production, or a related role, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to company processes.
