Descripción
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare silkscreen printing equipment for daily production
- Mix and apply inks according to job specifications and color standards
- Align screens accurately to maintain print consistency and quality
- Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure compliance with design standards
- Clean and maintain screens, stencils, squeegees, and printing stations
- Adjust machine settings to optimize output and reduce waste
- Maintain inventory of inks, vinyl, transfer sheets, and other supplies
- Collaborate with designers and production managers to meet customer specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Record job history and maintain documentation of completed work
Requisito
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in silkscreen printing or garment production
- Familiarity with silkscreen equipment and ink mixing techniques
- Good eye for detail and color accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime or extended shifts when needed
