Perform assigned production tasks efficiently in accordance with work instructions and production schedules
Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely and correctly
Ensure products meet quality standards and report defects or irregularities immediately
Follow company policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area (5S compliance)
Meet daily production targets and output requirements
Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing finished goods for dispatch
Record production output, downtime, and material usage accurately
Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Team Leader or Supervisor
Support teamwork and coordinate with co-workers to ensure smooth production flow
Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
Comply with attendance, punctuality, and proper work conduct requirements
