Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Planner, Scheduler, or in a similar role in manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge in SAP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure availability of raw materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Analyze production capacity and workload, identifying bottlenecks and recommending solutions.
• Track progress of production orders and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies in all planning activities.
• Prepare reports on production performance, delays, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams for accurate demand forecasting.
• Maintain accurate records of production plans, work orders, and inventory.
• Recommend improvements in planning systems, processes, and tools.
• Support management in decision-making by providing data-driven insights.
