Job Title: Planning & Material Controller (PMC) Staff

Location: Silang, Cavite

Number of Vacancies: 1

Salary Range: ₱22,000 – ₱25,000

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Days Off: 4 days off/ month

Language Requirement: English / Tagalog

Responsibilities

1. Plan and plot production schedules and forecasts based on customer requirements.
2. Monitor daily and hourly production output to ensure targets are achieved.
3. Secure job orders, materials, machines, and operators before production runs.
4. Check and oversee production flow daily to meet target delivery dates.
5. Supervise and monitor operators’ attendance, performance, and target achievements.
6. Prepare and issue work instructions for production lines.
7. Coordinate with production and support departments regarding technical issues, non-conformance, and process improvements.
8. Initiate and implement activities to enhance production flow and efficiency.
9. Report directly to the General Manager on all production system and efficiency matters.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of skills and competency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Management from a four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1–2 years relevant work experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO standards is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision
