POSITION: PMC Specialist 

SECTION/GROUP: BEA PMC

REPORTS TO: PMC Supervisor

Responsible for the inventory and safekeeping of the electrical parts (consigned) from the customer. Checks stock levels of materials to ensure that a continuous supply is available for production use.

1. Monitors and reviews daily receiving of parts and Internal Inspection results to determine current production status and materials status. Coordinates with purchasing and production personnel for concerns needing their actions and/or decisions.

2. Prepares and submits the physical inventory report of direct and/or indirect materials to the superior.

• Knowledge of all parts involved (direct and/or indirect)

• Conduct of physical inventory

• Report generation

3. Coordinate with the superior to receive Defective Parts / Materials. (both for consigned and turn-key parts)

• Knowledge of Non-Conforming Regulation

• Knowledge of Product Identification & Traceability Regulation

• Knowledge in reading

4. Monitors performance and prepares reports for the following, but not limited to:

a. Daily

• PMC Data monitoring

• Supplier’s parts delivery status

b. Weekly

• PMC Data monitoring

• Supplier’s parts delivery status

c. Monthly

• Inventory Data (turn-key parts)

• Inventory Data (consigned parts)

5. Leads and manages subordinates and their activities to measure performance based on standards, behavior, and discipline.

• Leadership skills

• Knowledge of production requirements

• Knowledge and implementation of company policies and procedures.

• Knowledge of subordinates’ performance, behavior, and skills status.

6. Prepares and submits related reports and updates monitor charts.

• Content, relevance, and format of the report

• Timely submission of the report

7. Follows, implements, and maintains the Quality Management and procedures of the company. Ensures proper housekeeping within the area of responsibility

• Knowledge and implementation of QMS procedures

• Knowledge and implementation of 5S principles

Education: College Graduate

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related job

Others: Computer literate

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

[Manufacturing support positions] Applicants may be required to work overtime or on weekends and holidays. As of now, we don’t have a night shift; however, if our production peaks, we may consider two shifts, so their schedule may change.
