About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on, skilled Production Head to lead the bakery production teams across selected branches in Visayas and Mindanao. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to bake, loves to innovate, and is ready to take charge of quality, product consistency, and new product development.

• Personally engage in baking and hands-on product creation

• Develop and improve traditional Filipino breads and pastries (e.g., ensaymada, pan de sal, hopia)

• Introduce new baked product lines that align with market trends and customer preferences

• Manage and train Bakery Technicians on recipe execution and quality standards

• Coordinate with procurement for raw material quality and inventory

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols
