Descripción
- Maintain accurate records of daily production activities, including quantities produced, materials used, and machine performance.
- Support the production team with inventory tracking and management of raw materials.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling production orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.
- Assist with documentation and filing of production reports and logs.
- Monitor production efficiency and help address any discrepancies in production output.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support the team with general clerical duties as needed.
Requisito
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.
- Bachelor's degree (Degree in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes or inventory management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
