Descripción
- Schedules and conducts staff meetings regarding matters/concerns of the section.
- Establishes and monitors achievement of the department’s KPI.
- Supports the implementation of procedures to maintain the quality and environmental systems of the company.
- Coordinates with Human Resources for manpower requirements of the section.
- Supervises staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Conducts employee performance evaluations.
- Directs staff in the development, analysis and preparation of reports.
- Evaluates reports and recommends approval of requests and other operational procedures pertinent to the section.
- Responsible to meet section’s productivity and quality goals.
- Supervises Line Leader in carrying out production plans and targets.
- Plans and implements activities for continual productivity and efficiency improvement.
- Manages the operation and maintenance of some machines and equipments.
- Prepares and conducts process audits on production lines.
- Manages the inventory of production equipment.
Requisito
- Must be a college degree holder in the engineering field.
- With at least two years experience in manufacturing company
- Thorough knowledge of supervisory techniques
- Requires leadership and good management skills.
