PRODUCTION OPERATION MANAGER

POSITION TITLE: Production Operation Manager

WORK LOCATION: Manila

WORK SETUP: Day Shift

SALARY: PHP 30k – 40k

The Production Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations at the Manila plant. This role ensures efficient production planning, process optimization, team leadership, and continuous improvement in line with Lean Manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in production or manufacturing operations
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience conducting motion and time studies
• Strong organizational, planning, and delegation abilities
• Background in production planning and scheduling
• Willingness to render overtime work when operationally required
• Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset with a results-driven approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day production operations while ensuring accountability across the production team
• Monitor and improve production efficiency, productivity, and process effectiveness
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify process bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth plant operations
