Job Description

• Administers the release of samples, calibration reports, and delivery reports.
• Prepares Certificates of Calibration to be issued to clients.
• Coordinates with third-party service providers for outsourced services.
• Maintains and updates filing systems, inventory records, and mailing documentation.
• Manages and archives soft-copy files of previous reference documents.
• Receives items from the laboratory and ensures proper documentation.
• Prepares items for delivery in accordance with company procedures.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or any related course.
• Knowledgeable in preparation of Certificates of Calibration is an advantage.
• Familiar with document control, filing systems, and record management.
• Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and third-party service providers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email).
• Able to work independently and perform tasks accurately with minimal supervision.
• Willing to perform other duties as required.

• Monday - Saturday: 7:00AM - 4:00PM
