Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in business administration, supply chain, logistics, statistics
• With at least 1 to 2 years of experience as Product Manager
• With leadership experience
• With experience working experience in Distributor Company
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Identify market opportunities through customer research, data analysis, and competitive analysis
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings within distribution channels
• Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, margins, and volume
