Descripción
- Coordinate cross-functional product development activities
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Facilitate communication between design, engineering, and marketing teams
- Maintain and update product documentation and records
- Assist in product testing and quality assurance processes
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Support product lifecycle management from concept to launch
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Monitor market trends and competitor products
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, major in Horticulture, Plant Breeding, or related fields
- Age between 26 to 30 y/o
- With 3 to 5 years of experience in crop management is preferred.
- Proficient in computer software and has strong analytical and writing skills.
- Capable of performing extensive data gathering and maintaining thorough documentation.
- Ability to develop, evaluate, and draw inferences from data.
- Competent in working with minimal supervision while adhering to instructions.
- Having a driver’s license is a plus; willing to travel occasionally.
- Having a passion for social media content creation is a plus
