About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Platform VIP Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our VIP membership products. This role will focus on creating exceptional experiences for high-value users, enhancing engagement, and driving long-term loyalty. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marketing, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver best-in-class VIP solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for VIP user experiences.
  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and manage product features, benefits, and services tailored to VIP and high-value customers.
  • Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to create exclusive campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized offers.
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to ensure seamless user experience and high-quality delivery.
  • Track key product metrics (engagement, retention, ARPU, LTV) and optimize performance through data-driven insights.
  • Conduct regular feedback loops with VIP customers to understand needs and enhance satisfaction.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen community engagement and brand value within VIP segments.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in social, gaming, e-commerce, or membership-driven businesses.
  • Strong understanding of VIP/loyalty programs, user engagement strategies, and monetization models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data tools (SQL, Excel, BI platforms).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams.
  • Passion for building customer-centric products and delivering premium user experiences.
