Perform task of company and/or its subsidiaries/sister companies faithfully, truthfully, above board, and in an ethical manner.
Responsible for procuring goods and services in accordance with established regulations and procedures.
Performs post-ward/administration of procurement to ensure compliance with the purchase/delivery orders terms and standards.
Pans and develops procurement strategies and implements an effective and efficient acquisition process in accordance with procurement regulations and procedures.
Convenes meetings with requesting offices to assist in developing specifications or statement of work and determines terms and conditions.
Performs market surveys, determines procurement action required and potential sources.
Prepares an estimate of probable cost.
Reviews available brochures and/or contracts for cost and availability of items required and determines the best source.
Prepares requests for quotations from local or offshore sources.
Evaluates and analyzes quotations from local or offshore sources.
Coordinates and/or participates in the determination of vendor’s capabilities to perform or provide the goods or services required.
Prohibited at all times to receive gift, token, prizes, kickback for personal gain and/or in exchange for favor, order, deal, awards, contracts, and analogous.
Prohibited at a times to inflate cost of purchase price.
Prohibited and do not have authority to commit and confirm delivery schedule without prior collaboration with logistics people who have direct intimate knowledge of the whereabouts schedule of field personnel.
Prohibited to perform delivery courier service task unless customer recipient is on “fire” due to company fault and there is immediate need to pacify party. Must secure prior written approval from Supervisor, HR and Manager.
