Outbound Sales Representative

- Contact potential clients through outbound calls to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify and qualify leads to establish a pipeline for future sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in outbound sales or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong persuasiveness and negotiation abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
