We are seeking an experienced Pollution Control Officer to join our team at GJH SERCONS, INC.' in Calaca Batangas. As a full-time Pollution Control Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our company's compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and standards. This is a crucial role that directly contributes to the environmental sustainability of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and analysing air, water, and soil quality to ensure they meet all applicable environmental standards
• Developing and implementing pollution control strategies and initiatives to minimise the environmental impact of our operations
• Preparing and submitting environmental reports and documentation to regulatory authorities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential environmental risks or issues
• Staying up-to-date with changes in environmental legislation and best practices
• Providing training and guidance to employees on environmental compliance and best practices

• Degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Pollution Control Officer or similar environmental management role
• Thorough understanding of environmental regulations and standards, particularly in the Engineering industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address environmental issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using relevant environmental monitoring and analysis software
