Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks
Good communication skills to interact with employees and report on maintenance activities
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
