A company in the construction and manufacturing industry is seeking a dedicated Batching Plant Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of the batching plant. This role is responsible for production planning, monitoring raw materials, ensuring equipment efficiency, and supervising plant operations to achieve production targets.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and consumption of plant raw materials.
  • Track and control asphalt waste generated during plant operations.
  • Prepare and execute production plans to meet operational targets.
  • Report any machine breakdowns promptly to the Operations Head.
  • Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Production Reports for the Decanting Plant.
  • Supervise batching plant operators and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related course; technical/vocational training in a related field is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a batching plant operator or in a similar supervisory role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of batching equipment operations and basic maintenance procedures.
  • Supervisory experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Bacolod City.
  • Amenable to work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
