Descripción
- Picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Efficiently pick and pack items for shipment.
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment by following specified guidelines.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
- Utilize warehouse equipment safely, including hand carts and forklifts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, ability to operate warehouse equipment, and familiarity with inventory software.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment with physical labor; requires standing, lifting, and moving goods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork, adaptability, and reliability.
